Cardi B and Offset Welcome Third Child Just Weeks After Filing for Divorce

US rapper Cardi B and her estranged husband, Offset, have joyfully announced the birth of their third child, just weeks after filing for divorce.

On September 7, Cardi B shared the happy news through an Instagram post, revealing she welcomed her newest baby into the world. In the photos accompanying her announcement, the 31-year-old rapper is seen smiling warmly while holding her baby in a hospital bed, dressed in a colorful robe. One of the touching images features Offset gently cradling their newborn, while another shows their two older children, Wave, three, and Kulture, six, embracing their new sibling.

Cardi captioned the post with heartfelt words: “The prettiest lil thing” celebrating the arrival of their newest family member. This announcement comes shortly after Cardi revealed she was expecting her third child. In her earlier post, she expressed gratitude and optimism, stating, “With every ending comes a new beginning! I am so grateful to have shared this season with you, you have brought me more love, more life and most of all renewed my power!”

Cardi B and Offset first tied the knot in 2017 and have since welcomed three children together. Their first child, Kulture, was born in 2018, followed by Wave in 2021. Despite their public and high-profile relationship, the couple has faced numerous challenges over the years. In 2020, Cardi B filed for divorce, citing allegations of infidelity. However, the couple reconciled and continued their marriage for a time.

Last month, Cardi B once again filed for divorce, signaling a possible end to their relationship. In December 2023, she confirmed their separation, marking another chapter in their tumultuous marriage. Despite these personal struggles, both Cardi and Offset have remained committed to their children, ensuring that their family remains strong.

The announcement of their third child highlights the complex dynamics of Cardi B and Offset's relationship.
